Polling in Ukraine's presidential election is taking place without violations, members of precinct election commissions in Warsaw and Lublin have told UKRINFORM correspondent. “The election is running calmly, without incidents,” says Olena Kaplysh, a deputy chairperson of Warsaw's precinct election commission. A total of 27 persons out of 1,759 registered in electoral lists have voted as of 10.00 a.m., Kyiv time, and 14 persons have entered in the lists.
